Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
Merchandise purchased on sunchase.shop is eligible for return if it meets the following conditions:
- It must be defective or unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- It must be in its original packaging and in a resealable condition.
Return Timeframes
- Within 14 Days: If your returned item(s) are received by us within 14 days after the delivery date, a refund will be made to the original payment method.
- Between 15 Days and 3 Months: If your returned item(s) are received by us between 15 days and 3 months after the delivery date, the refund will be issued as store credit.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return request, please visit [Return Request URL]. Please note that sale/clearance items, baby bodysuits, mittens, hats, booties, bibs, gauze towels, regular towels, masks, underwear, socks, and lucky bags are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Return/Refund Procedure
- Request a Return: Click [Return Request URL] and fill out your Order Number and Email address or phone number used for purchase. Follow the instructions to request your return.
- Receive Return Label: Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a return label. Follow the instructions in the email for the return procedure.
- Return Shipment: Drop the box at a USPS office near you. You’ll be notified when we receive your return.
- Condition Check: We will check the condition of the return. Only if the quality meets our criteria will the return be accepted and refunded within 2-3 working days. You’ll be notified via email once the refund is issued.
Return/Refund Policy Details
- Full-Priced Merchandise: May be returned for a refund if the item(s) are in resaleable condition, unwashed and unworn, with original tags, and packaging, including the shoe box.
- Non-Returnable Items: Lucky bags, e-gift cards, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Order Number Required: We will not accept any returns without your Order Number. Returns without an Order Number may result in no refund.
- Responsibility for Shipping: Sunchase is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping back to the warehouse.
- Purchase Location: We accept returns of items purchased on sunchase.shop only. Merchandise purchased from our boutiques, stores, or any other retailers is not returnable through this process. Please contact the store where you originally purchased the item.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited in the original payment form. Please allow 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise at our warehouse.
- Shipping & Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges of the original purchase order will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Follow the instructions below immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our automated processes fill orders quickly, so the time window for cancellations is very short.
