Upon enrolling, you will be assigned a [Name] Rewards Club account (“Points Account”). As you shop, you accumulate points in your Points Account from time to time, which you may use to shop at sunchase.shop.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Only customers over 18 years of age with a valid address in the United States and United States territories may become members in the Program. Corporations, associations, and other groups may not participate. [Name] reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating if, in our sole judgment, that person appears to be violating these Terms & Conditions, making purchases for a business or for resale, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns, or otherwise acting inconsistent with the Program’s intent. A “One Star” tier membership is the base membership level in the Loyalty Program. Upon reaching certain milestones, a member will earn higher membership status, such as “Double Stars” or “Triple Stars”. The requirements for earning higher status and its benefits are set forth below. If the total purchase amount for the past year does not meet the current tier standard, you will lose a star(s).

4. CALCULATION OF POINTS

The amount of your purchase of merchandise is calculated into points, as set forth above. We may offer more points per 1 dollar spent on certain products. Points are calculated on the price of products at the time of purchase. Points are not earned on taxes or shipping and handling charges. Points are not available on canceled or returned orders.

5. POINTS REDEMPTION

Points can be redeemed on a future purchase at sunchase.shop. The redemption value is as follows:

500 points = $10 off
1,000 points = $25 off
2,000 points = $60 off

Points are only redeemable for discounts on products purchased directly through sunchase.shop. Points have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for taxes or shipping fees.

6. TRANSFER OF POINTS

Points are non-transferable. You may only use points accumulated in your own account. Points are not transferable from one account to another, nor are they transferrable upon death, or by operation of law.

7. CANCELLATION OR CHANGES

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the Program, the points structure, or these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If we terminate the Program, you will have 30 days from the notice date to redeem any accumulated points.
